I always look forward to Saint Patrick’s Day. We have lots of Irish in our family and my friends Mike and Linda host their annual party in Paradise Valley, AZ.
2011 marks my 6th year entertaining the guests that travel from across the US to attend. Yes, it is that fine a gathering.
After 6 years of performing magic and mentalism at this Paradise Valley party it is more like visiting with family than entertaining guests. Now when I walk up to a group they ask if I am going to do that thing with the watch, the coins or the cards. Old friends introduce me to new ones and the sweet compliments and introductions are heart warming.
Although I love walking into a group of strangers and have them puzzle if the magic is real or just an illusion, parties with old friends is darn pleasing.
